Positions in the search results are determined by number of points. The higher number of points a listing has, the higher it appears in our search results.
Points are earned by:
(i) Verifying a listing
(ii) Amount of references
(iii) Quality of references
(iv) Number and Quality of Votes and Comments
(v) Listing Website, Facebook and Social links to @handy listing page
(vi) Listing type, category and quality
If two listings has the same numer of points, the older listing will rank higher
Abuse
@handy.co.za has three main types of user content:
1. Consumer References & Reviews
2. Feedback Comments
3. Anonymous

Always check references!
The Listing Owner may decide to edit their listing, and may start up as a new business - Please always check references and report same owner name changes, when you see them by simply sending an email to info@handy.co.za, adding feedback or comment to the listing itself.
Reporting Abuse
If you feel uncomfortable or think any content is offensive, please click on the Report As Abuse link
Please help us and flag Abuse and Abusive Content for removal. Anyone, whether logged in or not, may flag content as abusive
Data Removal and Deletions
Volunteer Administrators decide if content is abuse or not, Anyone may request a review of any decision to the site admin by sending an email to
info@handy.co.za
The Listing Owner may delete Anonymous if he or she chooses to do so
The Listing Owner cannot delete Consumer References & Reviews but may answer or respond in the first position, above other comments
